Experience and Expertise

Christian Walter has more than 25 years of experience in the life science tools and laboratory instrumentation industry. Much of his career has been spent working at the intersection of laboratories, engineering teams, and the market — translating complex technologies into successful products and commercial opportunities. As Chief Commercial Officer of HSE•AG, he is responsible for commercial strategy, business development, and industry partnerships. In this role he works closely with product managers, R&D teams, and executive leaders in life science and diagnostics companies worldwide, supporting them in translating complex technologies into successful products and scalable solutions. Christian is also Managing Director of Toolpoint for Lab Science, an industry network connecting leading laboratory technology companies, research institutions, and innovation partners. Through this role he contributes to strengthening collaboration and innovation across the life science instrumentation ecosystem.

Education

Christian Walter holds a degree in chemistry and an MBA. His scientific background, combined with extensive industry experience, allows him to bridge the perspectives of scientists, engineers, and business leaders in the development and commercialization of life science technologies.
